Hi Everyone! Middle School Tournament #5 is already here!!! Registration deadline is TONIGHT 5PM!!
Always the Monday 5pm of the week of the tournament! You can always register "TBA" entries! Parliamentary/Congressional Debate is in Harlem at Hamilton Grange MS - thank you so much for hosting! And Public Forum Debate Tournament is in Brooklyn at IS 281!
PERMISSION SLIP UPDATE!!! Also, and very important. After a year of warnings about permission slips, this will be strictly enforced this Saturday. We did this at the HS Tournament this weekend. We will continue to send out reminders of students who have completed permission slips as well as students who have not throughout the week. We will also be making phone calls and emails to each school. FRIDAY 5PM IS THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT ALL STUDENT PERMISSION SLIPS. Students who arrive on Saturday without a permission slip will have to (a) return home; (b) picked up by an adult/guardian; (c) remain in the lobby with security. We apologize for any inconveniences and understand that this will be very tough on students. But it is a legal requirement. And also ensures the safety of every child at the tournament and that they have permission from a parent/guardian to be at the event.
